MEET BIANCA
My yoga journey began in 2014 after I emerged from a coma. Unable to engage in heavy exercise, my body still craved movement. Initially, I viewed yoga as just another form of physical activity, but it didn’t take long for me to uncover its profound power. Yoga revealed itself as a transformative tool for healing and reconnecting with our true selves.
I learned the hard way what happens when we ignore the signals from our body and intuition. But I discovered a different path—a light, flowing approach to health, well-being, and wholeness.
Whole and Well is the culmination of over a decade of research, learning, practice, integration, and embodiment of a holistic approach to health, with yoga at its core. This learning journey continues to evolve, and Whole and Well continues to expand.
