My Story
I have always felt a profound connection to the natural world, feeling most at home near rivers, in the mountains, and amidst forests. Even before I understood their medicinal properties, I was drawn to flowers and plants. My curiosity about people's stories has always driven me to listen attentively, looking into their eyes as they spoke. This came naturally to me, and I never realized it was a gift that needed nurturing.
At the age of 15, my life changed dramatically when I fell gravely ill. A severe blood infection led to a coma, pushing me to the brink of death as it attacked my organs one by one. Interestingly, I had sensed this life-altering event approaching months before it happened. I didn't know its form or nature, but I felt that turning 15 would upend my life. I faced this premonition with curiosity and excitement until the crisis hit, plunging me into a dark void that nearly claimed my life. I spent a month in the hospital during the summer of 2014, followed by months of recovery. I understood that my illness was a wake-up call, a lesson in being true to my intuition. I am someone who quickly senses when I'm on the wrong path, allowing me to realign with my true purpose. My health crisis taught me a lot about realignment.

Death and Rebirth
I now feel blessed to have been given a second chance at life, and I am committed to making the most of it. This means listening to my intuition, following my heart, and walking the path that unfolds before me. Understanding the fragility of life and how swiftly it can be taken away has inspired me to adopt a new practice. This practice requires the strength to stay true to my heart and to avoid actions or behaviors that don't align with my authentic self. Near-death experiences teach profound lessons about rebirth and renewal.
Yoga became a cornerstone of my recovery and my new life. Initially, it was a means to regain physical strength without compromising my health. However, it quickly evolved into a deep practice and an inner journey. Through yoga, I gained a deeper understanding of myself and how I could serve others. It took ten years of practice, self-reflection, and trial and error to reach a point where I feel ready to share this healing practice with my community.

Creating Whole and Well
A Journey to the Heart
I see Whole and Well as my life’s project. The vision that is now coming to life has been growing within me for many years, waiting for the right moment to emerge. Embracing this journey publicly feels like a significant step forward, and it is deeply necessary. In my professional and personal life, I observe more and more women embracing their power and sharing their medicine with the world. The time for this transformation is now. Each of us has a distinctive healing or nurturing gift, and I believe we owe it to ourselves to honor these gifts by sharing them with our communities. Magic becomes part of the everyday when we align with our soul’s values and embrace our true selves.
Energy and Alignment
Yoga Practice
As a yoga student and teacher, I deeply value understanding and experiencing yoga as it truly is: medicine. My 300-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 100-hour Mystica Yoga Advanced Teacher Training emphasized strengthening the connection with the body, raising awareness of its inherent wisdom, and quieting the mind. Yoga serves as a powerful spiritual initiation, allowing us to feel our inner selves, tap into intuitive guidance, and decipher the signals our bodies send us—this is true gold.
In our fast-paced world, we rarely have time for silence, for simply being, breathing, and feeling. My goal for each yoga session is to create a sacred break from daily life, to carve out space within the body for energy to flow naturally again. We all possess the capacity to live a life full of joy, vitality, love, and purpose. This is our natural state, despite what mainstream culture may suggest. Like nature, we are wonders, and we must remember and cherish that.
